1. No Returns / No Exchanges Policy

All sales made through OperatorNgr.com are final. Operator Ngr does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, product or, or product selection by the customer

  • Delivery delays (unless due to complete non-delivery – see section 4)

  • Minor cosmetic variations in physical

Why no returns or exchanges?
Immediately upon successful transaction, funds are irrevocably donated to Operator_Ngr (Adam Willi). As such, no refunds or exchanges are possible.

2. Donation & Payment Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on OperatorNgr.com, you acknowledge that:

  • Your payment is processed by 2508604 Alberta Ltd (Canada), acting as the authorized payment processor partner.

  • The full amount of your transaction (excluding only fees charged by 2508604 Alberta Ltd or third-party gateways) is immediately donated to Operator_Ngr (Adam Willi) to support Nigerian Armed Forces personnel engaged in the fight against Daesh upon successful charge.

  • 85% of all funds received by Operator_Ngr are sent back to charitable or mission-aligned causes as disclosed in public reports.

  • Public reporting on fund allocation will be provided periodically by @operator_ngr for transparency purposes.

  • No portion of your payment is held as a deposit or refundable balance.

  • You are making a voluntary financial contribution/donation to Operator Ngr, and any physical or digital goods received are considered tokens of appreciation, not purchased goods subject to consumer return rights.

3. Customer Service & Transparency

All customer service issues – including order questions, donation receipts, reporting requests, and general inquiries – are handled directly by Adam Willi (@operator-ngr).

Transparency reporting:
Adam Willi (@operator-ngr) will provide public reports detailing the allocation of 85% of funds received. These reports will be made available via OperatorNgr.com or @operator-ngr social channels on a regular basis (e.g., quarterly or as determined by Operator Ngr).

4. Fulfillment & Shipping (Fireforce Ventures)

Fulfillment Partner: Fireforce Ventures (Texas, USA) is responsible for:

  • Receiving order details from OperatorNgr.com

  • Packing and shipping applicable physical products

  • Providing tracking information where available

4.1 Separate Billing & Shipping Addresses

Customers have the option to include separate billing and shipping addresses in their orders as per their respective requirements.

4.2 Customer Responsibility for Correct Address

Itis the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address on their order. If an incorrect address is inputted due to customer error:

  • The customer must contact @operator_ngr immediately to rectify the error before dispatch.

  • If the package has already been dispatched to a postal courier, the customer is liable for any additional costs associated with re-shipment or address correction.

4.3 Good Faith Efforts & Re-shipment

Operator_Ngr and Fireforce Ventures will make every effort to act in good faith to either:

  • Re-attempt shipping once a shipping invoice has been paid by the customer, or

  • Refund the cost of the products (not original shipping) if the package successfully returns to Fireforce Ventures.

4.4 Shipping Rates (US Only)

Shipping is calculated at a flat rate and is currently available only for customers with shipping addresses in the United States:

  • Apparel: $15 flat rate

  • Patches: $8 flat rate

Shipping rates are subject to change at Operator Ngr’s discretion, with notice posted on the website.

5. Payment Processing (2508604 Alberta Ltd)

Payment Processor Partner: 2508604 Alberta Ltd (Canada) handles:

  • Secure payment gateway services

  • Credit card, debit card, and other approved payment methods

  • Transaction receipts and payment confirmations

Chargebacks & Disputes:
Because funds are immediately donated to Operator Ngr (Adam Willi) at time of transaction, you agree not to initiate a chargeback based on product dissatisfaction, change of mind, or return requests. If a chargeback is wrongfully initiated, you agree to pay all associated fees (including those charged to Operator Ngr, Fireforce Ventures, or 2508604 Alberta Ltd) and waive any right to refund. Valid fraud claims (unauthorized use of your payment method) will be handled by 2508604 Alberta Ltd’s fraud investigation process.

Taxes & Fees:
Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion costs are the customer’s responsibility. 2508604 Alberta Ltd may apply its own fee structure as disclosed at checkout.

6. Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

If Fireforce Ventures tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item:

  1. You must first contact the carrier directly.

  2. Then contact Fireforce Ventures (via @operator-ngr for routing) to investigate.

Given the donation nature of the transaction, Operator Ngr has no obligation to refund or replace, but will work in good faith with Fireforce Ventures to resolve carrier-confirmed lost packages on a case-by-case basis.

7. Invoicing for Additional Shipping Costs

If a shipping error occurs due to customer-provided incorrect address, or if a re-shipment is required:

  • Fireforce Ventures will issue a shipping invoice directly to the customer via the email provided at checkout.

  • The customer must pay the invoice before any re-shipment occurs.

  • Failure to pay the invoice within 30 days may result in the order being considered abandoned, with no refund due.

8. Acknowledgment of Terms

By using OperatorNgr.com and completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to:

  • No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds (except as explicitly noted for product cost if package returns to Fireforce Ventures).

  • Immediate donation of funds to Operator Ngr (Adam Willi) upon payment confirmation, with 85% of funds publicly reported as allocated by @operator_ngr.

  • Customer service handled by Adam Willi (@operator-ngr).

  • Fireforce Ventures as fulfillment partner and 2508604 Alberta Ltd as payment processor partner.

  • Full responsibility for providing correct shipping address, including liability for additional shipping costs if address is incorrect.

  • Flat-rate US-only shipping as described.

  • Operator Ngr’s sole discretion to modify these policies with notice posted on the website.
